Because our tours require advance booking for local guides, transport, and entry tickets, we enforce a strict but fair cancellation policy.

### 1. Customer Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund schedule applies based on when we receive your written cancellation notice via email at info@curated-tours.shop

* More than 72 Hours Before Tour Departure: 100% full refund.

* Between 24 and 72 Hours Before Tour Departure: 50% partial refund.

* Less than 24 Hours Before Tour Departure: Non-refundable (0% refund).

### 2. Late Arrivals and No-Shows: Our tours depart promptly at the scheduled time to respect all guests and booking windows. If you are late or fail to arrive at the designated meeting point, your tour will be marked as a "No-Show" and is completely non-refundable.

Rescheduling a missed tour is subject to availability and may incur a re-booking fee.

### 3. Cancellations by Operator (Weather & Force Majeure): Your safety is our absolute priority. If Curated Tours must cancel a tour due to extreme weather, sudden closures of historical sites, safety risks, or government-mandated restrictions: You will be offered the option to switch to an alternative date or an alternative tour of equal value. If you cannot reschedule, you will receive a 100% full refund immediately.

### 4. How Refunds Are Processed: All approved refunds are credited back automatically to the original credit/debit card used at checkout via our secure payment processor (Stripe). Please note that bank processing times can take between 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your statement.
